<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1216, amending Section 1016.13 of
<br />the Roseville City Code, changing the designation of Langton Lake from 204W and
<br />49W to 49P, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wall.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded that Resolution 9614, requesting the Minnesota
<br />State Legislature, through special legislation, to change the MnDNR designation of
<br />Langton Lake from 204W and 49W to 49P - general development, protected water, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />J-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Ordinance 1217, providing for the sale of Ordinance
<br />intoxicating liquor at the Roseville Skating Center Community Room and the 1217
<br />amendment of Section 302.02 of the City Code, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />K-l (formerly F-l) Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Public Works ERA Dale Street!
<br />architectural design direction proposed by MNjDOT for the new T.H. 36 bridge over TH 36 Bridge
<br />Dale Street, be approved and that final design details be approved by the Public Works
<br />Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />K-2 (formerly F-2) Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9615, approving the Resolution
<br />layout of the Snelling Avenue/County Road B-2 east ramp signal, be approved. Roll 9615
<br />Call, Ayes: Wi ski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />K-3 (formerly F-3) Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Flagg Builders be awarded the Nature
<br />bid for the installation of an elevator and new deck at the Harriet Alexander Nature Center Bids
<br />Center in the low bid amount of $128,500.00, Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />K-4 (formerly F-4) Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager be authorized Coca-Cola
<br />to issue a letter of intent to enter into an agreement with Midwest Coca-Cola Bottling Contract
<br />Company and with Coca-Cola USA Marketing. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />K-5 (formerly F-5) Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Wellington Management's Parking
<br />request for additional parking restrictions in the vicinity of 1500 TH 36 be referred to Restrictions
<br />staff. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka and Wall. Nays: None.
