CC ITYOUNCIL City Council Minutes Regular Meeting of January 24, 2000 The City Council met on the above date with the following members 6:30 p.m. present (voting order): Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski & Kysylyczyn. Absent: None Roll Call A.Communications and Public Comment A-1Mayor Kysylyczyn requested: Mayor Kysylyczyn Members of the public to complete a card with their name, l address and phone number, if they wish to address the City Council. Council Member Goedeke to give a verbal report of his l participation in the National League of Cities Conference that he attended recently. Members of the public to include their phone number on l correspondence. Mayor Kysylyczyn stated that he attended a Metropolitan Council meeting at which the City of Roseville was congratulated for passing along to our residents a rate reduction in sewer charges for the second year in a row. A-2Council Member gave a brief report of his participation in the Council Member National League of Cities Conference that he attended in Los Goedeke Angeles. He encouraged the public to contact him if they had an interest in further details. B.Approval of Minutes B-1Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the meeting Minutes of January 10, 2000 be approved. Kysylyczyn moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of January 10, 2000 be tabled to the next meeting to allow for discussion and correction. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. C.Consent AgendaConsent Agenda Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-1 through & C-7 approved. C-1Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9734, Resolution 9734 concurring with the turnback of Rice Street from Mn/Dot to Ramsey Turnback of Rice County, be adopted Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Street Wiski & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. C-2Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize Taho/Saturn Apparel Purchases Sportswear to provide apparel goods to the Roseville Parks and Taho/Saturn Recreation Department for 2000 with the moneys to be taken from Sportswear the Parks and Recreation 2000 approved budget. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. C-3Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to accept the general donations.
