<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members

<br />B-1Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of January 10, 2000 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Abstain: Goedeke
<br />(Councilmember Goedeke abstained from this vote because he
<br />was not present at the meeting.)
<br />B-2Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of January 24, 2000, be approved with Item B-1, Minutes
<br />of January 10, 2000 corrected to show that Mr. Goedeke
<br />abstained from that vote because he was not present at that
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka &
<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />B-3Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of February 14, 2000 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />C.Consent AgendaConsent Agenda
<br />Councilmember Goedeke requested that C-3 be removed from the
<br />Consent Agenda and considered under D-1.
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-1 & C-2 and C-4
<br />through C-8 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />C-1Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the Fire Marshal
<br />Harriet Alexander
<br />to issue a permit to allow open burning of the prairie restoration
<br />Nature
<br />area at the Harriet Alexander Nature Center on Saturday, April 1,
<br />Center Burn Permit
<br />2000 or the first weather conducive day after. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />C-2Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the agreement with
<br />Metricom Agreement
<br />Metricom, Incorporated to allow the installation of a wireless
<br />Wireless Network
<br />communications network in Roseville and authorizing the Mayor
<br />and City Manager to sign the agreement on behalf of the City, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka &
<br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
