(Note: Council Member <br />Amendments <br />Mastel absent from the room). <br />K-2(formerly F-2) <br />  <br />Mastel moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, that the City Manager be <br />Brauer & Associates <br />authorized to enter into an agreement with Brauer & Associates as <br />Lexington Park <br />specified in the proposal dated February 14, 2000 for planning <br />and construction services for the development of Lexington Park <br />with monies to be taken from the Parks and Recreation Park <br />Improvement Program Fund.
