<br />CC <br />ITYOUNCIL <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Meeting of March 13, 2000 <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members <br />6:30 p.m. <br />present (voting order): Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn. <br />Roll Call <br />Absent: None. <br />A.Communications and Public Comment <br />A-1Councilmember Mastel recognized Cami Phillippi as Roseville?s <br />first Division I gymnast. <br />A-2Councilmember John Goedeke recognized the Roseville Girls <br />High School Basketball team's participation in the State <br />Tournament. <br />A-2Mayor Kysylyczyn: <br />Acknowledged a letter from Hamline University <br />l <br />commending Roseville Police Officer Al Stefani <br />Acknowledged the introduction of keg registration <br />l <br />legislation by Representative Mary Jo McGuire <br />encouraged residents to complete their Census forms <br />l <br />B.Approval of MinutesMinutes <br />B-1Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the <br />meeting of February 28, 2000, be approved. Nays: None. <br />C-1Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the request by Ryan <br />Ryan Companies <br />Companies, to withdraw it?s application regarding the vacation of <br />Easement Withdrawal <br />certain utility and drainage easement on Lot 6, Block 1, Centre <br />(PF3197) <br />Pointe Business Park, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn.
