H-3Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9755, Resolution 9755 approving the indefinite extension of the request by Northwestern Northwestern College College, (PF3144) for FINAL approval of an amendment to PUD Extension #1124 and approval of the FINAL PUD Agreement to continue (PF3144) the hearing indefinitely; and to instruct staff to provide written notice of the final hearing to property owners within 350 feet; and to publish notice in the official local paper. Maschka offered, and Mastel accepted a friendly amendment to change the extension and hearing from indefinite to July 10, 2000. Roll Call on the Mastel motion as amended, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. I.Land Use I-1Mr. Wiski was recognized and disclosed his potential conflict of Midland Hills interest on Item I.1 due to his social membership at Midland Hills Country Club Country Club. Mr. Wiski excused himself from the meeting and (PF3178) was not in the chambers during any discussion on this issue. Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to continue the item to the 3/27/00 meeting for the purpose of reviewing the final landscaping plan, the final drainage plan, possible time limits and types of noise generation outside the building, and the temporary structures on the site. J.Ordinances and Resolutions J-1Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the second reading be Ordinance 1237 held and that Ordinance 1237, amending Section 901 (Building Building Permit Fees Permit Fees) of the Roseville City Code, with the effective date of (PF3198) the amendment to be May 1, 2000, be adopted. J-2Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the second reading be Ordinance 1238 held and that Ordinance 1238, amending Section 1005.016 Outdoor Sales & (Outdoor Sales and Signage) of the Roseville City Code, with the Signage effective date to be upon publication, be adopted.
