Nays: None. <br />H.Hearings <br />H-1Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to authorize the <br />Resolution 9756 <br />Community Development Director to abate those City Code <br />Property Abatement <br />violations identified in the Request for Council Action Report, <br />1661 Stanbridge <br />which are still in violation as of August 1, 2000, including: the <br />Avenue <br />items listed totaling $26,950 1) Re-roof entire structure..$6,500; 2) <br />(PF3200) <br />repair soffits/trim..$3,500; 3) repaint entire structure..$6,000; 4) <br />replace/repair broken windows, screens, doors..$2,500; 5) remove <br />junk/debris from yard; 6) remove overgrown vegetation from yard <br />and pool..$2,500; 7) accessory buildings ?replace doors, remove <br />debris, repaint..$3,000; and, 8) administration (attorney fees, <br />Code Enforcement inspections)..$2,450 (10% estimate); total <br />$26,950. Costs are not to exceed those listed. Charges are to be <br />assessed to the property and payment on taxes per City Code <br />407.06-407.07. Nays: None. <br />H-2Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to authorize the <br />Resolution 9757 <br />Community Development Director to abate those City Code <br />Property Abatement <br />violations identified in the Request for Council Action Report, <br />2012 Snelling Avenue <br />which are still in violation as of August 1, 2000, including: the <br />(PF3200) <br />items listed in resolution totaling $12,045. 1) Replace/repair <br />soffits, siding, trim on home and detached garage..$2,000; 2) <br />guardrail rear entry..$250; 3) complete deck ? <br />trim/guardrail..$500; 4) repaint home and detached <br />garage..$6,500; 5) remove debris/brush; 6) restack firewood; 7) <br />repair/repaint shed; 8) Repair concrete stoop; and, 9) <br />administration (attorney fees, Code Enforcement <br />inspections)..$1,095 (10% estimate); total $12,045.
