Nays: none. <br />C.Consent AgendaConsent Agenda <br />Kysylyczyn requested that Items C-2 and C-6 be removed from <br />the Consent Agenda. Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that <br />Items C-1, C-3 through C-5 and C-7 through C-10 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />C-1Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, adoption of a resolution <br />Resolution 9767 <br />accepting State of Minnesota Regional Trail Initiative (DNR) <br />Acceptance of State of <br />Grant for $50,000 to assist the City in covering the matching <br />Minnesota Regional Trail <br />portion of the ISTEA Grant for the Dale Street/Reservoir Wood <br />Initiative <br />pathway with no additional matching requirement from the City of <br />Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />C-2Item moved to D1. <br />Langton Lake Parcel <br />C-3Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, adoption of a resolution <br />Resolution 9768 <br />supporting Ramsey County on behalf of the City of Roseville in <br />HUD Brownfield <br />making an application for the United States Department of <br />Economic Development <br />Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Brownfield Economic <br />Initiative Grant <br />Development Initiative (BEDI) grant for the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Area.
