F-1Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the City Manger <br />Relocation of Roseville <br />to sign the lease agreement with Roseville Area Schools for <br />Activity Center <br />space at the Fairview Center in the amount of $58, 950, and the <br />approval of site improvements in the estimated amount of <br />$18,000 for the purchase of office equipment and furniture in the <br />amount of $55,000, with the moneys for the lease to be taken <br />from the approved Roseville Activity Center budget, the moneys <br />for the equipment and furniture to be taken from the Plant Fund <br />and the moneys for the site improvements to be taken from the <br />Improvements Fund.
