"That will give you the 750 sq. ft. garage" (Planning <br />Commission recommendation). Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to deny the request by <br />Reichenbach/Anderson for a conditional use permit to construct <br />an accessory building (detached garage) greater than the <br />allowable (40%) rear yard area for the property located at 1858 <br />Hamline Avenue based on the findings from the Planning <br />Commission and the additional findings of the City Council.
