<br />request by Mr. Roeller for a minor variance to place an accessory

<br />building (detached garage) within the side yard of a parcel at
<br />Reaffirmation of
<br />2958 Woodbridge Street North, based on the findings in 4.2 of
<br />Minor Variance
<br />the Request for City Council Action Report of 09/11/00 and with
<br />(PF2939)
<br />the condition that the existing one car garage and driveway on
<br />the north side of the property be removed upon completion of the
