Mastel <br />CUP <br /> <br />withdrew the motion which had been taken from the table. <br />2525 Snelling Ave <br />(PF3282) <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded that we approve a resolution <br />granting Capital City Investments LLP a Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />to open a bingo hall at 2525 Snelling Avenue based on the <br />findings and conditions outlined in Section 4 of the project report <br /> <br />and the addition of Condition E. Parking Lot Issues: The parking <br />lot shall be striped to orient parked vehicles at an angle facing <br />east an access to the site shall be designed as a one way in and <br />I-1 <br />one way out only, both consistent with the attached drawing. <br />Specifically, the handicapped access and parking shall be <br />designated and provided on the east side of the structure, with <br />the exit drive circulating around the south and west side of the <br />structure. The general vehicle parking lot shall enter the site from <br />Oakcrest Avenue at the western most site access and shall be <br />signed as "entry only." Exiting from the parking lot to Oakcrest <br />Avenue must be provided from the access adjacent to the <br />northwest corner of the structure and shall be signed as "exit <br />right turn only." Concrete curbing shall be installed at the <br />entrance and exit to restrict traffic movement consistent with the <br />parking and access plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Klausing and Kysylyczyn.
