<br />A-1Kysylyczyn: Request that speakers use podium and speak
<br />clearly at City Council meetings.
<br />B.Approval of MinutesMinutes
<br />B-1Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />meeting of February 12, 2001 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />to officially commence the AUAR study of the recommended
<br />Initiating Twin Lakes
<br />"concept" and "retail scenario" amendment to the

<br />Comprehensive Plan for Twin Lakes using the services of
<br />(PF3232)
<br />consultants SRF and DSU. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Klausing,
<br />Maschka, Mastel, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />C-3Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the fire
<br />Fire Department
<br />department?s request to enter into a Joint and Cooperative
<br />North Suburban
<br />Agreement for use of fire personnel and equipment with the
<br />Regional
<br />North Suburban Regional Mutual Aid Association and to
<br />Mutual Aid Assn
<br />authorize the Mayor and Acting City Manager to sign, subject to
<br />the City Attorney?s review. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Klausing,

<br />Lima Church?s application for Temporary On-Sale Liquor License

<br />C-5Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, approving the Roseville
<br />Ducks Unlimited
<br />Area Ducks Unlimited request to conduct a raffle on April 10,
<br />One Day Gambling
<br />2001, at 2801 Snelling Avenue, without obtaining a State
<br />License
<br />Gambling License. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Klausing, Maschka,
<br />Mastel, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />Designate 2001
<br />Newspaper as the Legal Newspaper for the City of Roseville for
