<br />CC <br />ITYOUNCIL <br />City Council Minutes <br />Regular Meeting of March 26, 2001 <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members <br />6:30 p.m. Roll Call <br />present (voting order): Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. Absent: none. <br />A.Communications and Public Comment <br />A-1Richard Lambert: Comments <br />(40"Chair made a recommendation that the speaker is wishing to <br />min.)reference an issue of personal politics and therefore asked the <br />body if they wish to bring forward a motion to allow the citizen, to <br />continue speaking on this issue." <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Mr. Lambert be allowed <br />to speak. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke and <br />Maschka.
