Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, adoption of a resolution Resolution 9876 approving the request by Verizon Wireless for a conditional use Verizon Wireless permit to install a 120 foot monopole and associated antennas at Conditional Use Permit 2361 Highway 36, subject to the conditions listed in Section 7 of the project report dated March 26, 2001, with the modification being made on page 3, item #1, line 2, as referenced. I-3Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, adoption of Resolution Resolution 9877 9877, after review of the Voluntary EAW and comments, the Ryan/Veritas Council has determined that there is no significant additional Centre Point Business environmental impact requiring an Environmental Impact Park Environment Statement and therefore the City will issue an EAW Negative Impact Statement Declaration regarding the Veritas EAW. Nays: none. proposed Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, the land uses within the Veritas amendment (122,000 s.f. of additional office Ordinance 1249 space) to the existing Centre Pointe Business Park Planned Unit Ryan/Veritas Development to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Centre Point Business the intent of the 1997 Centre Pointe PUD, and therefore the Park Council approves the concept, waives a first reading, and approves the final PUD amendment ordinance.
