<br />CC <br />ITYOUNCIL <br />City Council Minutes <br />Special Meeting of April 6, 2001 <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members <br />2:30 p.m. <br />present (voting order): Klausing, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and <br />Kysylyczyn. Absent: none. <br />Roll Call <br />Also in attendance: Teri Black and Jerry Oldani of the Oldani Group; <br />Joel Jamnik, City Attorney; and Edward L. Burrell, Acting City Manager. <br />A.Communications and Public Comment <br />B.Approval of MinutesMinutes <br />D.Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />E.Organizational Business <br />E-1By consensus, the Council ranked the top two candidates for the <br />City Manager Decision <br />City Manager position as Mr. Neal Beets and Mr. Peter Hames. <br />Review <br />Council adjourned until 4:30 p.m. Executive Session to discuss <br />Adjournment <br />City Manager Letter of Agreement Negotiations. <br />  <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize Mr. Oldani to <br />approach Mr. Beets with an employment offer. Should Mr. Beets <br />  <br />refuse the offer, Mr. Oldani is allowed to extend the same offer to <br />Mr. Peter Hames.
