<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-1 through C-4

<br />C-1Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, establishing a public
<br />Lake Owasso
<br />hearing for the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April
<br />Water Ski Course
<br />23, 2001 to consider the Lake Owasso Safe Boating
<br />Association?s request for approval of placement of water ski
<br />course and water ski jump on Lake Owasso. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Klausing, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays:
<br />none.
<br />C-2Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to approve the attached
<br />Joint Powers Agreement
<br />Joint Powers Agreement with Little Canada and authorizing the

<br />Mayor and City Manager to sign upon file review by the City
<br />Attorney and Little Canada staff. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing,
<br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
<br />C-3Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, approving the Criminal
<br />Joint Powers Agreement
<br />Justice Defense Network (CJDN) Project Joint Powers
<br />Criminal Justice Defense
<br />Agreement and to authorize the Mayor and the Acting City
<br />Network (CJDN)
<br />Manager to sign the agreement upon final review by the City
<br />Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke
<br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none.
<br />C-4Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, approval of a resolution

<br />prohibiting parking on portions of W Owasso Boulevard and
