<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-1 through C-4
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and

<br />C-1Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, approving an agreement with
<br />Agreement
<br />Ramsey County for supplemental law enforcement services on
<br />Lake Owasso
<br />Lake Owasso at a cost not to exceed $1,925 to be funded from
<br />Supplemental Law
<br />the 2001 Lake Patrol Budget and further authorizing the Mayor
<br />Enforcement Services
<br />and Acting City Manager to sign the said agreement upon final
<br />review of the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Klausing,

<br />C-2Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, approving the Northern
<br />Northern Voices
<br />Voices request to conduct a raffle on July 21, 2001 at St.
<br />One Day Gambling
<br />Michael?s Lutheran Church located at 1660 West County Road B.

<br />Tobacco II, Inc. business license application for the year ending
<br />June 30, 2002. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Klausing, Mastel and
