Nays: none. <br />D.Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />D-1(formerly C-10) <br />Resolution 9903 <br />Variances <br />Noland <br />Goedeke stated his concern about the number of cars parked on <br />2150 Hamline Av <br />the site. <br />(PF3316) <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, to adopt a resolution to <br />approve the variances requested by Perry Noland from <br />applicable parking and paving setback requirements for his <br />Roseville Auto Repair Shop located at 2150 Hamline Avenue, as <br />stated in the project report (dated 06/26/01) Section 3.6, in order <br />to renovate the parking and landscaping on the site, based on <br />the findings in Section 3 and with the conditions recommended in <br />Section 6 of the project report; and further, providing for a two <br />foot parking setback on the south side, and allowing the <br />landscape improvements to be completed after completion of the <br />County work in fall, 2001. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. Nays: none. <br />D-2(formerly C-13) <br />David (Kris) Krengel <br />Subdivision <br />1887 & 1895 Rice St <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that we do not allow Mr. <br />(PF3326) <br />Krengel to subdivide the property until he has fulfilled his <br />obligation for demolition and clearance of the property. <br />Discussion followed. <br />Goedeke amended his motion to table until the July 11, 2001 <br />meeting, with approval dependent on completion of the <br />demolition of the building and fence on the property],and to have <br />counsel research the legal issue of council approval dependent <br />on demolition of building and fence on property. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Goedeke and Mastel. Nays: Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, to approve a minor <br />subdivision recombination request by David (Kris) Krengel at <br />1887 and 1895 Rice Street to allow realignment of the common <br />lot line between the two parcels, subject to the provisions of <br />Section 1104.04 of the City Code.
