Nays: none. <br />I-3Klausing moved, Goedeke seconded, to dispense with the first <br />Ordinance 1252 <br />reading of the proposed rezoning ordinance and by second <br />Re-zoning <br />reading, approve of the request by Dr. Changzhen Gong and the <br />Gong/American <br />American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine to <br />Academy <br />rezone from I-1, Light Industrial District to B-3 General Business <br />Of Acupuncture and <br />District for the property located at 1935 West County Road B-2, <br />Oriental Medicine <br />based on findings in Section 4 and 5 and subject to conditions A <br />1935 W County Road B-2 <br />through C in Section 6 of project report dated June 26, 2001.
