<br />Academy Interim Use Permit Resolution to allow a change in
<br />size (maximum of 1,680 s.f.) and direction (north-south) of the
<br />modular office for the Family Academy site plan at 3000 Hamline
<br />Avenue. A condition of this amendment must be that the
<br />structure meets the building and fire code life safety and building

<br />as a joint meeting with the Parks and Recreation Commission.

<br />F-1Bierscheid described the drought and heat conditions this
<br />Sod Replacement
<br />summer that killed turf at several City parks. Klausing asked
<br />about watering the proposed new sod. Kysylyczyn asked about
<br />City employees laying sod, and our turf maintenance policies.
<br />Goedeke commented on turf maintenance.
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, to authorize the replacement
<br />of approximately 7,100 yards of sod, which was destroyed
<br />because of the extreme heat, at a cost of $22,733, with the
<br />moneys to be taken from the City of Roseville 2001 Contingency
<br />Fund. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and

<br />F-2Bloom reported on the public purposes that will be served if the
<br />Resolution 9946
<br />City Council were to acquire this parcel. Klausing asked about

<br />consequence of the City not acquiring the property. Bierscheid
<br />commented on the linkage of the Oasis Park trail with the
<br />Langton Lake trail.
<br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution to
<br />withhold Tax Forfeit Property (PIN # 04-29-23-41-0029) from
<br />sale for a 6-month period. Roll Call, Ayes: Klausing, Maschka,
