Goedeke <br />commented about wrought iron railing. <br />John Erickson, 1233 West Larpenteur Avenue, spoke about the <br />basis for the assessment, workmanship, and the same sidewalk <br />and boulevard treatment for all businesses. Scott Brannon, 1319 <br />West Larpenteur Avenue, complained about consistency, <br />accuracy, workmanship and trespassing. Klausing asked <br />whether Mr. Brannon wanted pavers and wrought iron on the <br />public right-of-way in front of his property. <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to continue the hearing as to <br />these four parcels for approximately one year, while extensive <br />reconstruction work is done relating to areas of unacceptable <br />workmanship.
