Jamnik described the <br />Majority Vote Approval <br />reasons for changing the City Code to conform to State law. <br />for <br />Klausing and Goedeke asked about the effect of this proposed <br />Planned Unit <br />change in the City Code. <br />Developments <br />and Zonings <br />(PF3353) <br />Klausing moved, Goedeke seconded to waive the second <br />reading of the proposed ordinance. Nays: None. <br />Klausing moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve Ordinance <br />modifications to Section 1008.10B1F and 1015.01A of the <br />Roseville City Code, pertaining to majority vote approval for <br />planned unit developments and zonings, consistent with the <br />attached draft ordinance.
