EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of November, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8722 RESOLUTION REQUESTING 1992 SCORE FUNDING GRANT FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE'S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM WHEREAS, the City Council is committed to residential waste abatement through its curbside recycling program; and WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville's curbside recycling program and minimize the cost to Roseville residents; and WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey has SCORE Funding Grants available for 1992; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Manager is authorized to submit a grant application to the County of Ramsey for a 1992 SCORE Funding Grant for use in Roseville's residential recycling program. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
