<br />'i¡, 01.3 <br /> <br />5-27. Should the owner or agent of any property upon which a trailer <br />is located receive rent or payment for such use, the property shall <br />at once be considered as a trailer camp and shall conform to Section <br />5-26 of this code. <br /> <br />5-28. One trailer may be parked on an improved piece of property <br />temporarily by special permission of the bUilding inspector. <br /> <br />5-29. In the case of any trailer being temporarily used as a dwelling, <br />the length of time for which the permit is issued shall be specified <br />as not to exceed ninety (90) days. <br /> <br />5-30. The removal of wheels from any trailer, or the remodeling of a <br />trailer through the construotion of a foundation or enclosure of the <br />space between the base of the trailer and the ground, or thTough the <br />construction of additions to provide extra floor space will not be <br />considered as conforming with this code in any respect and will, there- <br />fore, be prohibited. <br /> <br />5-31. In order to locate railroad coaches, box cars etc. on any property, <br />improved or unimproved, in the township, it will be necessary to obtain <br />a special permit from the building inspeotor in all cases, and the use <br />of any of these structures as dwellings or places of business is prohibited. <br /> <br />. 5-32. The requirements as stated in this code are a minimum standard. <br />The administratòrs will recognize and permit all construction that ex- <br />ceeds these minimum standards. <br /> <br />5-33. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage. <br /> <br />5-34.
