<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1000 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW CHAPTER 109 OF THE CITY <br />CODE REQUIRING LICENSES FOR GROUP RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES AND <br />AMENDING SECTION 100.030 BY ADDING PARAGRAPH 48 REGARDING FEE FOR <br />LICENSE TO OPERATE GROUP RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by adding <br />Chapter 109 to read as follows: <br /> <br />109. Group Residential Facilities <br /> <br />109.010. License Required. No person shall <br />operate or maintain a group residential facility in the <br />City without first obtaining a license to do so. <br /> <br />109.020. Definition. For the purpose of this <br />section, a group residential facility is a specialized <br />facility providing care on a twenty-four (24) hour <br />basis for not more than ten (10) persons, providing a <br />planned program under the direction and control of an <br />agency, institution, or individual operator, and is <br />subject to the licensing requirements of the Department <br />of Human Services, State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />109.030. Applications. The applicant for such a <br />license shall provide a detailed description of the <br />program, the facility, and shall submit to periodic <br />inspections by the City concerning housing maintenance, <br />adequacy of facilities, and sanitation, including food <br />sanitation. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by adding <br /> <br />paragraph 48 to Chapter 100.030 to read as follows: <br /> <br />(48) Group Residential Facilities <br /> <br />109 <br /> <br />$75.00 <br />
