<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1002 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TITLE OF SECTION 7.290 <br />OF THE CITY CODE AND ADDING SUBDIVISION (7) PROVIDING FOR <br />THE REQUIREMENT OF GARAGE DOORS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The title of Section 7.290 of the City Code of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />7.290. Dwelling Dimensions and Appearances <br />and Height, Frontage Yard and Lot Area Requirements <br />in R-l Districts. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended <br /> <br />by adding subdivision (7) to Section 7.290 to read as follows: <br /> <br />(7) Garages attached to a principal structure <br />shall be constructed in a fully enclosed manner <br />and provide a door capable of admitting and <br />enclosing a standard sized motor vehicle. <br /> <br />Carports may be constructed with any of the <br />four sides open, and no door is required to enclose <br />motor vehicles. carports however, are prohibited <br />from being constructed under a principal structure. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and afters its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />this 11th day of <br /> <br />August <br /> <br />, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />f~d,~ <br />M ger <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />
