<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1005 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF ROSEVILLE <br />BY AMENDING SECTION 265.010 AND PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN <br />PAY FOR THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 265.010 of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville lS amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />265.010 Compensation. The Compensation <br />for the Mayor and the Council shall be as follows: <br /> <br />(a) For the calendar years 1985, 1986 <br />and 1987 <br /> <br />Mayor <br />Council <br /> <br />$500.00 per month <br />400.00 per month <br /> <br />(b) For the calendar year commencing <br />January 1, 1988 and ending December <br />31, 1988 <br /> <br /> Mayor $550.00 per month <br /> Council 425.00 per month <br />(c) For the calendar year commencing <br /> January 1, 1989 and thereafter <br /> Mayor $600.00 per month <br /> Council 450.00 per month <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be In full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br />
