<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota <br />on Tuesday, the twelfth day of November, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: C~shman, Thomas, Johnson, <br /> <br />~laschka, and Rog, <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.8724 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on June 25 <br />1990, Ashbach Construction Company has satisfactorily completed the <br />improvement associated with 1990 Contract F. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, the <br />work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the <br />contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, th <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, <br />and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE.
