<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1009 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 72.020 AND 68.190 PERTAINING <br />TO PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 72.020 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />72.020. Permits. Any person desiring a connec- <br />tion to the municipal sanitary sewer system for <br />property not previously connected with the system, <br />shall make application for a permit to the Inspection <br />Superintendent, accompanied by such information as he <br />requires, together with a permit and inspection fee of <br />$15.00, provided, however, that a separate permit may <br />be issued for that portion of the sewer connection <br />extending from the property line to the main sewer or <br />other outlet for which permit the fee shall be $2.50 <br />and a separate permit may also be issued for that por- <br />tion of the sewer extending from the house or building <br />to the property line for which the permit fee shall be <br />$7.50. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 68.190 (1) of the City Code of the City of Roseville <br /> <br />is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(l) A permit must be obtained to connect to the <br />existing water service leads at the curb box, and <br />interior plumbing. The fee for the permit shall be <br />$15.00 for each application; in the event one applica- <br />tion is made for both connections, the total charge <br />shall be only $15.00. No permit shall be issued except <br />to a plumber licensed by the City. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br />
