<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1011 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY FROM LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT B-1 to LIMITED <br />RETAIL DISTRICT B-lB. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br />and 16.040, of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in <br />the form of a written request to rezone from Limited Business <br />District B-1 to Limited Retail District B-1B, certain real <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 6th day of May, 1987, <br />and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 11th day of May, 1987, at its <br />regular meeting; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is <br />hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property: <br /> <br />The West 75 feet of the East 304.27 feet of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 <br />of SE 1/4) of Section 15, Township 29 North, <br />Range 23 West, except the North 767 feet thereof <br />and except the South 369.89 feet thereof. <br />
