<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1014 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM I-l (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT) to B-4 (RETAIL OFFICE SERVICE <br />DISTRICT) . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br />form of a written request to rezone from I-I (Light Industrial <br />District) to B-4 (Retail Office Service District), certain real <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 3rd day of June, 1987. and <br />made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 8th day of June, 1987, at <br />its regular meeting; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by reclassifying the following described property: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the West line of <br />S.T.H. #51 and the North line of County Road "C"~ <br />thence West along the North line of County Road "C", <br />200.48 feeti thence North parallel with the West line <br />
