<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1017 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030, AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO RETAIL <br />OFFICE SERVICE DISTRICT (B-4). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and l6.040 of the the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from Single Family Residence <br /> <br />District (R-l) to Retail Office Service District (B-4), certain <br /> <br />real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 1st day of July, 1987, and <br /> <br />made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 13th day of July, 1987, at <br /> <br />its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by reclassifying the following described property: <br />
