<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1018 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />l6.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND l6.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) TO LIMITED RETAIL <br />DISTRICT (B-1B). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.0l0, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from Limited Business <br /> <br />District (B-1) to Limited Retail District (B-1B), certain real <br /> <br />property herinafter described lying and being in the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 5th day of August, 1987, and <br /> <br />made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 10th day of August, at its <br /> <br />regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br />
