EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of November, 1991 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8725 A RESOLUTION FOR THE VACATION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said utility easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of the lots being combined, the location of the house and because the easement is not needed, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said utility easement; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Roseville hereby vacates the described as follows: that the City Council of the City of utility easement over the property THE EASTERLY FIVE FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 201.18 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 3, MIDWAY ACRES AND THE WESTERLY FIVE FEET OF THE SOUTHERLY 201.18 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 3, MIDWAY ACRES. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Thomas, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Cushman, Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
