<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1020 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 270 TO THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE PROVIDING FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to add <br /> <br />Section 270.0l0 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Partial Payment of Special Assessments. The owner <br />of any property upon which a special assessment has <br />been levied may, at any time prior to certification of <br />the assessment or the first installment thereof to the <br />County Auditor, pay the whole assessment or may <br />partially prepay any portion of said assessment, with <br />interest accrued to the date of payment, to the <br />Municipal Treasurer, provided that no interest shall be <br />charged if the entire assessment is paid within thirty <br />days of the adoption of the assessment. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br /> <br />10th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />August <br /> <br />, 1987. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />j / <br />I <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />TJd~ <br />ity Manager <br />
