<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1021 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 151.125 TO THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE ALLOWING FOR THE SALE OF INTOXICATING MALT LIQUORS <br />AT ESTABLISHMENTS LICENSED TO SELL WINE AND NONINTOXICATING MALT <br />LIQUOR. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to add a <br /> <br />new Section 151.125, to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.125. On-Sale of Intoxicating Malt Liquor at <br />Establishments Licensed to Sell Wine and Nonintoxicating <br />Malt Liquor.
