<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1022 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 8.260(14), 8.280(10), 8.320(18), <br />8.350(20), 8.410(12), AND 8.470(5) ALLOWING PARKING IN CONTIGUOUS <br />BUSINESS DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Rosevi11e does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 8.260 of the City Code is amended to add a new <br /> <br />paragraph (l4), to read as follows: <br /> <br />(14) Parking to accommodate uses in a contiguous <br />business district. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 8.280 of the City Code is amended to add a new <br /> <br />paragraph (10), to read as follows: <br /> <br />(10) Parking to accommodate uses in a contiguous <br />business district. <br /> <br />111. <br /> <br />Section 8.320 of the City Code is amended to add a new <br /> <br />paragraph (18), to read as follows: <br /> <br />(18) Parking to accommodate uses in a contiguous <br />business district. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Section 8.350 of the City Code is amended to add a new <br /> <br />paragraph (20), to read as follows: <br /> <br />(20) Parking to accommodate uses in a contiguous <br />business district. <br />
