No person, firm, corporation, or <br />franchise shall apply liquid fertilizer within the City <br />of Roseville which contains more than one-half percent by <br />weight of phosphate, or granular fertilizer which <br />contains more than three percent by weight of phosphate, <br />unless the single application is less than or equal to <br />.10 pounds of phosphate per 1,000 square feet in the form <br />of P20S. The quantity of phosphate applied to newly <br />established turf areas is not limited by this section <br />during the first growing season. <br /> <br />Annaul application amount shall not exceed 0.5 pounds of <br />phosphate per 1,000 square feet of lawn area. <br /> <br />D. Impervious Surfaces. No person shall apply fertilizer to <br />impervious surfaces. <br /> <br />E. Buffer Zone.
