<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1026 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CER'rAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from Two Family Residence <br /> <br />District (R-2) to Three to Twenty-four Family Residence District <br /> <br />(R-3A), certain real property hereinafter described lying and <br /> <br />being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Rosevil1e, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from Limited Business <br /> <br />District (B-1) to Three to Twenty-four Family Residence District <br /> <br />(R-3A), certain real property hereinafter described lying and <br /> <br />being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey, County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning code of the City of Rosevil1e, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from Limited Business <br /> <br />District (B-1) to General Business District (B-3) certain real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota: and <br />
