<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1031 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 125 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE REGULATING LAWFUL GAMBLING WITHIN THE CITY. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 125 of the City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />125. Lawful Gambling <br /> <br />125.010. Lawful Gambling Permitted. Unless an <br />organization is licensed by the Charitable Gambling <br />Control Board pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 349 or is <br />otherwise exempt from such licensing pursuant to said <br />statute, organized gambling in the City of Roseville is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />125.020. Approval of License. Any organization <br />applying to the Charitable Gambling Control Board <br />pursuant to Minn. stat. Chapter 349, for a license to <br />conduct or for renewal of a license to conduct lawful <br />gambling in the City of Roseville shall, within ten <br />(10) days of making such application, file the <br />following with the City: <br /> <br />1) a duplicate copy of said application <br />along with all supporting documents; and <br /> <br />2) name, address, and description of <br />purpose of organization or organizations <br />which are intended to be recipients of <br />the amount specified in Section <br />125.040(2). <br /> <br />Any other reports or documents which are subsequently <br />required to be filed by such organization with the <br />Charitable Gambling Control Board, including monthly <br />financial reports, shall also be filed with the City, <br />within ten (10) days of filing such reports or <br />documents with the Charitable Gambling Control Board. <br /> <br />125.030.
