<br />125.060. Licensing of Gambling Exempt from State <br />Licensing Requirements. <br /> <br />(1) Organizations which conduct lawful <br />gambling which is exempt from state <br />gambling licensing requirements, must be <br />licensed by the City to conduct such <br />lawful gambling except this requirement <br />does not apply to door prizes or raffles <br />and bingo where total prizes are less <br />than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) in <br />a license year. <br /> <br />(2) An application for such license, along <br />with a Five Dollar ($5.00) fee, shall be <br />made at least thirty (30) days prior to <br />the date such lawful gambling will be <br />conducted. The application shall <br />contain the following: <br /> <br />a) Name of organization. <br /> <br />b) Address of organization. <br /> <br />c) Place where gambling will occur. <br /> <br />d) Total prizes to be awarded. <br /> <br />(3) within ten (10) days of filing any <br />reports with the Charitable Gambling <br />Control Board, the organization shall <br />file a copy of such reports with the <br />City. <br /> <br />(4) The provisions of Section 125.040 shall <br />not apply to gambling licensed pursuant <br />to this section. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br /> <br />14th day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />~:f <br /> <br />~lty Manager <br />
