<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1034 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 5.180 AND 100.030 AND ADDING <br />A NEW SECTION 145.35 BY PROVIDING FOR REDEFINITION OF DOG KENNELS <br />AND PROVIDING A NEW LICENSE CLASSIFICATION -- SPECIAL MULTIPLE <br />DOG LICENSES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 5.180 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />5.180. <br />or more dogs <br />except where <br />or four (4) <br />145.135. <br /> <br />Dog Kennel. Any premises where three (3) <br />over four (4) months of age are kept <br />a special multiple dog license (three (3) <br />dogs) is issued pursuant to Section <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 100.030 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding subsection 49 to read as follows: <br /> <br />(49) Special multiple dog license <br /> <br />$25.00 <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 145 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by adding Section 145.135 to read as follows: <br /> <br />145.135. Special Multiple Dog License. Upon <br />issuance of a special multiple dog license, three (3) <br />or four (4) dogs over four (4) months of age may be <br />kept at a licensed premises upon compliance with the <br />following: <br /> <br />A. The filing of written approval of the <br />occupants of residential property <br />abutting the licensed premises. <br /> <br />B. The yard 0 f the 1 i censed premi ses is <br />fenced in such a manner as to restrain <br />
