<br />( <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1036 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 5.497 AND AMENDING SECTION <br />10.290 AND SECTION 10.320 ALLOWING MINI-STORAGE FACILITIES IN 1-1 <br />AND 1-2 DISTRICTS AS SPECIAL USES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Rosevil1e is amended by~adding <br /> <br />a new Section 5.497 to read as follows: <br /> <br />5.497. Mini-storaqe (Self-Storaqe) Facilities. A <br />building or group of buildings of one or more levels <br />usually, but not necessarily always, having the following <br />characteristics: Control access and secured areas which <br />contain varying sizes of individually compartemtalized and <br />controlled access stalls or lockers for the dead storage of <br />the customer's goods or possessions. Access to all storage <br />units shall be oriented into interior courtyards fully <br />enclosed by buildings or walls except for ingress and egress <br />openings. Exterior finish shall be face brick or equal. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 10.290 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended by adding a new subparagraph (15) to read as follows: <br />(15) Mini-storage (self-storage) facilities. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 10.320 of the City Code is amended by adding a new <br /> <br />subparagraph (11) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(11) Mini-storage (self-storage) facilities. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforce from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br />
