EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, December 9, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog and the following were absent: None. councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8727 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8718 FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR PROJECT UL-92-17 WHEREAS, a petition was received on October 14, 1991, requesting the installation of street lights at the intersections of Millwood Avenue and Farrington Street and Millwood Avenue and Western Avenue¡ and WHEREAS, the City council at its regularly scheduled council meeting on October 14, 1991, passed Resolution No. 8718 declaring the adequacy of the petition and ordering the preparation of a feasibility report for improvement No. UL-92-17¡ and WHEREAS, a cost estimate for the installation of the street lights was requested of NSP¡ and WHEREAS, in NSP's cost study, it was discovered that the requested street lights could be served by overhead wire at no additional cost to the City of Roseville which would eliminate assessments and a public improvement¡ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that Resolution No. 8718 requesting a feasibility study for project UL-92-17 be rescinded and project UL-92-17 be canceled. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Thomas and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Thomas, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
