<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />.AN ORDINANCE NO. 1041 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, RESTRICTING CERTAIN ACTIVITES OF CITY EMPLOYEES BY <br />ADDING SECTION 254.097 GRATUITIES. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 254.097 Gratuities to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 264.097. Gratuities. Employees <br />may accept holiday gifts on behalf of the <br />city or the department when the gift is a <br />non-alcoholic item, and it is consumable <br />within the department offices by department <br />employees, and where the gift is of a modest <br />or nominal value. No employee shall accept <br />or receive any personal holiday gift.
