<br />Twenty-four Family Residence District (R-3A) certain real <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br />form of a written request to rezone from Two Family Residence <br />District (R-2) and Shopping Center District (SC) to Single <br />Family Residence District (R-I) certain real property hereinafter <br />described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />~iEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 7th day of September <br />1988, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br />public hearing on said matter on the 12th day of Septembe~ at its <br />regular meeting; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby <br />amended by reclassifying the following described property from <br />SC to B-4: <br />
