<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1052 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SEC'rIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3) 'ro LIMITED <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1}. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the City Manager in the <br /> <br />form of a written request to rezone from General Residence <br /> <br />District (R-3) to Limited Business District (B-1), certain real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of <br /> <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the ci ty Counci 1 by mot ion re ferred the same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 7th day of December, 1988, <br /> <br />and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />miEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 12th day of December, 1988 <br /> <br />at its regular meeting: and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br />
