<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1056 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 151.100 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE REGARDING EVACUATION OF "ON SALE" ESTABLISHMENTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />section 151.100, of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />151.100 Evacuation of "On Sale" Establishments. <br /> <br />(1) All patrons of an "On Sale" establishment selling <br />intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor <br />must vacate the premises within thirty (30) minutes <br />of the 1:00 a.m. termination of sales on weekdays <br />and Saturdays, and within thirty (30) minutes of <br />the 12:00 midnight termination of sales on Sunday. <br />Any patron who remains on the licensed premises or <br />any licensee or his employee who allows a patron to <br />remain on the licensed premises beyond the thirty <br />(30) minute limit, is in violation of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />(2) If an "On Sale" establishment remains open for a <br />sale of food beyond the thirty (30) minute <br />evacuation limit, all intoxicating liquor and non- <br />intoxicating malt liquor must be secured within the <br />thirty ( 30) minute 1 imi t in such a manner as to <br />prevent consumption. Any patron who consumes <br />intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor <br />on the licensed premises or any licensee or his <br />employee who allows such consumption, or allows <br />intoxicating liquor or nonintoxicating malt liquor <br />to remain unsecured on the licensed premises beyond <br />the thirty (30) minute limit, is in violation of <br />this ordinance. <br />
