<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1058 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING INSPECTION OF ELECTRICAL <br />INSTALLATIONS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />Section 30.030 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />30.030. Other Code Enforcement Officers. The <br />electrical, plumbing, and heating Code Enforcement <br />Officers shall perform such work in enforcing the <br />Building Code in their respective fields as may be <br />delegated to each by the City Manager or as provided <br />for in the City Code. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />A new Chapter 35 is adopted to read as follows: <br /> <br />35. Electrical Inspections <br /> <br />35.010. Adoption of Minnesota Electrical Act. The <br />following sections of Minn. Stat. Chapter 326 dealing <br />with electrical regulations and inspections are adopted <br />by reference as if fully set forth herein: <br /> <br />A. 326.01 Definitions: <br /> <br />B. 326.242 Licenses: <br /> <br />C. 326.2421 Alarm and Communication <br />Systems: <br /> <br />D. 326.243 Safety Standards: <br /> <br />E. 326.244 Inspection: <br /> <br />F. 326.245 Manufacturer of Electrical <br />Apparatus: Exempt: and <br /> <br />G. 326.246 Crimes. <br /> <br />with regard to Minn. Stat. Sections 326.244 and <br />326.246, adopted above by reference, wherever the words <br />"the Board", referring to the State Board of <br />
